Logistics for Valuables

F & S Group ensures security control level of logistics chain for valuables in accordance with local and international security rules and regulations before goods are loading onto International Freights and after the goods are released for delivery to consignees at destinations.

We provide secured transportation for valuables while goods are being pickup, customs clearance till delivery to consignees under “All Risk" insurance coverage.

We operate with our own Armored Vehicles and Crews facilitating Global Positioning System. Our Security Strong Room installed 24 hours CCTV surveillance under highly security measurements at our premises that is approved by the Underwriter.

Armored Vehicles & Crews

• The cabs of all armored vehicles are made of ballistic Proof materials.
• All vehicle vaults are built to the same standard as the cab.
• All vehicles are fitted with a standard alarm system for use in case of emergency.
• All vehicle windows are installed with ballistic Proof materials.
• All vehicles are equipped with fire fighting equipment approved by the Fire Department of Hong Kong.
• All vehicles are manned at all times when transporting cash/valuables.
• All vehicles are insured, licensed and inspected in accordance with the Road Traffic Ordinances and subsidiary legislations.
• All armored crews are certified by HK police department with no criminal records.
• All armored crews are trained and must pass examination every year to obtain arm licenses.

Vault and Warehouse

Security Vault Installations and Warehouse Operations:

• Sterile loading/unloading facilities for cash/valuables are operated inside the company premises;
• All armored vehicles are parked inside the company premises for loading/unloading;
• Inter-locking doors are installed in the sterile areas, vault area, main entrance and the control room;
• All authorized staff are required to enter/exit those areas with encode staff ID;
• External and internal structures of the security vault including walls, floor and ceiling built with thick and heavy reinforced concrete block;
• Warehouse Operations for pick & pack are operated under CCTV surveillance and recording;
• Warehouse Operations are facilitated with Freight Transport and Warehouse Management Systems.
